The problem of arthritis is usually more common in feet, hands, hips and knees. 

Ways to get rid of arthritis pain in winter

According to WebMD, changes in barometric pressure can cause tendons, muscles and any scar tissue to expand and contract, and this can cause pain in joints affected by arthritis. Low temperatures can also cause the fluid inside the joints to thicken, making them stiff. Arthritis pain that occurs in winter can be overcome by these methods:

Wear the right clothes

Wear winter clothes according to the temperature. Always cover your hands, knees, legs etc.

Stay hydrated

Staying hydrated will help you stay more active. Even mild dehydration can make you more sensitive to pain.

Exercise 

Exercising can be a bit difficult during cold days. But, it is necessary for the patients of joint pain to remain active. Exercising indoors can improve joint stiffness and muscle weakness.
